外伤性坏死性胰腺炎4例报告

TRAUMATIC NECROTIZING PANCREATITIS(TNP):A REPORT OF FOUR CASES

探讨外伤性坏死性胰腺炎的预防措施和治疗原则。方法回顾分析1990年10月至1996年3月间收治的经手术证实的外伤性胰腺炎病人的临床资料。结果外伤性坏死性胰腺炎缘因胰外伤早期处理不当所致，2例处理正确、及时、终获痊愈，另2例延误诊治而死亡。结论及时诊断、正确处理胰腺损伤，是预防外伤性坏死性胰腺炎的关键。发生外伤性坏死性胰腺炎后，应尽早手术，妥善处理。

Objective To study the prophylaxis and treatment in TNP. Methods A retrospective anslysis was made in 4 caseswith TNP. The clinical data above were studied with relavent documents. Results As dealed with incorrectly at first, 4 patientswith pancreas trauma developed into TNP. 2 were recovered completely, and 2 died. Conclusion The key of avoiding TNP is to diagnose immediately and to deal with pancreas trauma perfectly. Operation should be done in time for the treatment.
