摘要
目的:观察马齿苋与鱼腥草水提取液对痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌、肺炎双球菌的体外抑菌作用。方法:采用试管内连续稀释法(几何级稀释法)测定鱼腥草与马齿苋提取液体外最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:马齿苋与鱼腥草水提取液(按生药质量浓度)对肺炎双球菌、痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌抑菌作用分别为500.00mg/mL,62.50mg/mL;15.625mg/mL,250.00mg/mL;31.25mg/mL,125.00mg/mL。结论:马齿苋水提取液对痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌的抗抑作用最佳;鱼腥草水提取液对肺炎双球菌较好。
Objective: To observe the effects of the bacteriostatic activities against Shigella, E.coli and Streptococcus pneumoniae bacteria in vitro in water-decocted liquid of Portulaca oleracea L. and Houttuynia cordata Thunb.. Methods: To measure the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) in vitro in water-decocted liquid of Portulaca oleracea L. and Houttuynia cordata Thunb. by the gqadient dilution method. Results: The mass concentrations of the desiccative materials of Portulaca oleracea L.and Houttuynia cordata Thunb. water extract are 500.00 mg/mL, 62.50 mg/mL; 15.625mg/mL, 250.00 mg/mL; 31.25 mg/mL, 125.00 mg/mL in the bacteriostatic activities respectively against Shigella, E.coli and Streptococcus pneumoniae bacteria in vitro respectively. Conclusion: Portulaca oleracea decoction has the best effect in the bacteriostatic activities in vitro against Shigella or E.coli. and Houttuynia decoction has the best bacteriostatic activities in vitro against Streptococcus pneumoniae bacteria.
