3种中药注射液在常用输液中的微粒观察 被引量:6

Observation of Insoluble Particulate from 3 kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection Mixed with Commonly Used Infusion Solution

摘要 目的:观察3种中药注射液(苦黄、脉络宁和复方麝香)在氯化钠(9.0mg/mL)和葡萄糖(50mg/mL)注射液中的不溶性微粒情况。方法:模拟临床用药,将3种中药注射液分别加入氯化钠(9.0mg/mL)和葡萄糖(50mg/mL)输液中,采用ZWF-4D-Ⅱ型微粒分析仪测定配伍液中4h内不溶性微粒与pH值。结果:3种配伍液4h内在氯化钠(9.0mg/mL)和葡萄糖(50mg/mL)注射液中粒径≥25μm,≥10μm不溶性微粒均有显著增加。同一中药注射液与氯化钠(9.0mg/mL)注射液配伍后不溶性微粒生成的速度和数量明显大于葡萄糖(50mg/mL)输液。结论:3种中药注射液与葡萄糖(50mg/mL)注射液配伍使用比与氯化钠(9.0mg/mL)注射液配伍后使用更为适宜,但配伍后的微粒数不容忽视。 Objective: To observe the insoluble particulate from 3 kinds of Chinese Medicine injection(Kuhuang, Mailuoning, compound musk injection) mixed with sodium chloride injection (9.0 mg/mL) and glucose injection(50 mg/mL). Methods: Compounding Kuhuang, Mailuoning and compound Musk injection mixed with transfusion solutions, the insoluble particulate and pH value were with ZWF-4DⅡ particulate analyzer in 4 h. Results: The insoluble particulate (≥25μm, ≥10μm) from 3 kinds of different Chinese Medicine injections mixed with sodium chloride injection(9.0 mg/mL) and glucose injection(50 mg/mL) incaeased obviously. The quantity of insoluble particulate in the same Chinese Medicine injections mixed with sodium chloride injection(9.0 mg/mL) is bigger than mixed with glucose injection(50 mg/mL). Conclusion: The effect of Chinese Medicine injection mixed with glucose injection(50 mg/mL) is better than that mixed with sodium chloride injection(9.0 mg/mL), but the insoluble particulate can not be neglected.
