摘要 进入信息时代,知识的更新换代加快,成人每年都要培训或轮训。对于富有工作经验的党校学员来说,他们需要多纬度透视党的有关理论、动态和方针政策。要在较短的时间内收到较好的学习效果,就必须尝试新的教学方法来弥补传统讲授法带来的不足。案例式教学可以优化教学过程,融洽师生关系,增强课堂互动,吸取大家智慧,在新的视域共享了学习资源,创新了思维方式,推动着教学相长,是适合党校学员的一种培训方法。 In the information age, the knowledge renovation is accelerated and the adult need to take part in training every year. To the Party school trainee with rich experiences, they are required to know about the Party's theory, trend and policies from multi-latitude perspective. If we want to achieve better training effects in a short time, we must try to attempt new teaching ways to compensate shortcoming of tradition- al teaching methods. Case-based teaching can optimize teaching process, harmonize teacher-student rela- tions, enhance classroom interaction, absorb everybody's wisdom, share learning resources, innovative thinking ways and promote both teaching and learning. Therefore, it is an appropriate method for the Party school trainee.
