摘要
提出了一种新型钢-混凝土组合梁,即取消传统钢-混凝土组合梁钢部件的上翼缘,在腹板上开洞,并在混凝土翼板中布置蛇形钢筋;对3根不同剪跨比的新型钢-混凝土组合梁的抗剪性能进行了试验研究,并与1根普通栓钉组合梁进行了对比;分析了剪跨比对新型钢-混凝土组合梁的破坏形态、变形能力及抗剪承载力的影响,并对新型组合梁的破坏机理和受力特点进行了详细阐述。结果表明:新型钢-混凝土组合梁相对于栓钉组合梁具有较高的抗剪承载力和变形能力。
A new steel-concrete composite beam was proposed. The upper flange of steel parts was canceled, and the web with opening was designed, and also serpentine steel bars in concrete flange were laid out. Three steel-concrete composite beams with different shear span ratios were tested to investigate their shear resistance behaviors, and the test results were compared with one ordinary stud composite beams. The influences of shear span ratios on the failure mode, distortion capacity and shear capacity of new steel-concrete composite beams were analyzed, then the failure mechanism and force characteristics were discussed in detail. The results show that the shear capacity and distortion capacity of new steel-concrete composite beams are superior to ordinary stud composite beams.
