我国欠发达粮食主销区粮食安全问题研究

RESEARCHES ON GRAIN SECURITY IN LESS DEVELOPED MAJOR GRAIN SELLING AREAS

从粮食供需两方面评估了我国欠发达粮食主销区的粮食安全状况,认为这些地区存在农业基础设施薄弱,粮食安全的市场风险加大,农村劳动力受教育程度低使科技技术难以推广,居民购买粮食的支付能力低等制约粮食安全的因素。探讨了确保欠发达粮食主销区粮食安全的对策。

This paper evaluates the conditions of gTain security in China＇ s less developed major grain - selling areas from 2 aspects. It holds that the agricultural infrastructure there is weak, market risks of grain safety are increasing, the fact that the rural labour forces are poorly educated makes it difficult for scientific technology to be popularized, urban residents＇ poor ability of purchasing grain affects grain security unfavourably. This paper discusses the measures guaranteeing grain safety in these areas.
