摘要
河南是我国第一农业人口大省,也是我国第一劳务输出大省。对河南省农民工流动的动因及未来一段时间的流动趋势作了分析,并对今后如何引导农民工的合理流动提出了几点建议。
As an agricultural province, Henan has the largest population in China and ranks first among China＇ s leading labor - service - exporting provinces. The paper analyzes the causes of the flow of migrant workers in Henan Province and the flowing trends in the time to come and raises policy - related suggestions on guiding migrant workers in their rational flow.
