PARTICIPATION OF NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE UNIVERSITY GRADUATES' EMPLOYMENT SERVICE SYSTEMS

金融危机背景下,大学生就业问题变得日益严峻,而非政府组织在缓解就业压力和社会矛盾方面的作用日益显现。针对大学生的就业现状,分析了非政府组织解决大学生就业问题的可行性,指出了非政府组织目前存在的问题及其未来的发展方向。

The employment issue of university students is becoming increasingly grim under the financial crisis backgrounds and the non - government orgnizations （NGOs） are playing a more and more important role in alleviating pressures on employment and easing social conflicts. This article analyses the possibility that the NGOs will be able to solve the employment problems of university students and points out the existing problems in the NGOs and their future developing orientation so as to relieve pressures on university students＇ employment.
