摘要
目前我国农民权益还得不到应有的保障,相应的各项法律制度还不到位,由此引发的大量社会矛盾,影响了农村的社会稳定和新农村建设。以对农村土地权利的法理学分析为视角,探讨了保障农民权益的方法。认为农村土地问题的解决,需要综合运用经济、法律和政治手段。
At present farmers＇ rights and interests in our country cannot be guaranteed properly and various corresponding rules ＆ regualtions have not been established, which gives rise to a lot of social contradictions and influences the stability of rural areas and construction of new countryside. The paper discusses approaches to ensuring farmers＇ rights and interests by conducting a jurisprudential analysis of rural ＂land - use right＂ and holds that a comprehensive use of economic, legal and political means contributes to solving the issue of ＂land - use right＂.
