摘要
如何加强师德建是高校工会工作的一项重要课题,也是体现工会服从于教育改革发展大局的一项重要工作。高校工会应在通过各种途径,协调学校相关部门开展师德建设中发挥应有的作用。
How to strengthen the construction of professional ethics of the teaching profession in universities ＆ colleges is an important research topic for Labour Union, which reflects the need for Labour Union to submit to the overall situation of educational reform and development. The Labour Union in universities ＆ colleges should give play to its roles in contructing teachers＇ ethics through various channels and coordinating correlated sectors.
