摘要
培养创新型人才是提高大学教学质量的核心目标。建设有利于培养创新型人才的教学质量保障体系,应充分发挥科研资源在创新型人才培养中的作用,将培养创新型人才的基本要素渗透到培养过程中,科学构建人才培养方案,改革教学方法与考试方法,突出工程实践能力培养和科学研究基本素质训练,营造创新文化氛围,不断完善以激励为导向的教学质量监控制度,通过教育的创新来提高创新型人才培养的质量。
The construction of teaching quality guarantee system is beneficial to cultivating innovative talent. Scientific resources should be given full play to, basic elements of training innovative talent be infiltrated into the training process, a plan be set up for training talent, practical ability and basic quality for doing scientific research be strengthened, teaching methods and examination methods be reformed, a new cultural atmosphere be created, a incentive - oriented quality monitoring system be perfected and the quality of cultivating innovative talent be improved through educational innovation.
