摘要
本试验以无角道塞特、萨福克、德国美利奴为父本与夏寒F1代、夏寒F2代分别进行杂交,共分6个杂交组合,每个杂交组合20只母羊,每组分为4个重复,每个重复5只羊,同组各重复之间体重差异不显著。杂交后代集中育肥3个月,6月龄时进行屠宰,对各组羊生产性能、胴体性状进行测定。结果表明:整体来看各组羊与夏寒F2代杂交好于与夏寒F1代杂交,日增重德夏寒最高,料重比德夏寒最低,体型指标德夏寒最高,萨夏寒组最低,差异不显著(P>0.05)。净肉重各组羊与夏寒F1代杂交稍大于与夏寒F2代杂交后代,代间差异显著(P<0.05),胴体产肉率差异不显著(P>0.05),肉骨比差异显著(P<0.05),眼肌面积F1代与F2代差异不显著(P>0.05),F1代间及F2代间差异极显著(P<0.01),且以道夏寒最高,萨夏寒次之,德夏寒最低。结论:德夏寒杂交羊生长快、肉用体型好;道夏寒杂交羊产肉力高、肉质优。
