摘要
中国家族企业继任过程中会出现人力资源类、资产类、经营类和事故类四大类风险。运用控制论、系统论的方法,结合已有的分析,可以构建"子承父业"继任模式风险形成与控制模型。现代"子承父业"模式应在继任前、继任中、继任后实施风险控制。
There are four types of succession risks including human resources, assets, business and accidents which appear in the process of Chinese family business succession. The author uses the approach of control theory and system theory, combining with the existing analysis, to construct the risk formation and control model of the modern " son succeeding father's trade" mode, that is, the risk control is implemented in the process of pre-succession, while-succession and post - succession.
