摘要
通过对当前高职院校实训基地模式分析,提出了实训基地建设中普遍存在的一些问题,给出了解决这些问题并适合当前高职学生校外实训基地建设的方案,着重提出了校外实训学生的管理方法,师资队伍建设,实训教学内容改革以及处理实训与就业、实训与创业之间关系的建设性思路。
By analyzing the present mode of training bases in vocational colleges, this paper puts forward some common problems in the construction of training bases and offers corresponding solutions especially the man- agementofstudentsoutsideschool, the construction ofteaching staff, the teaching content reform ofpractical training and constructive thoughts in dealing with relations between practical training, employment and business initiation.
