联合产权制度与中国国有企业治理结构构建新思路

A New Idea:The Institution of Union Property Rights and Construction of Governance Structure of State-Owned Enterprises

在我国由计划经济向市场经济转轨的过程中,企业尤其是国有企业如何治理已经成为我国面临一个具有全局性、战略性的重大问题,因为我们不能离开公有制谈社会主义,也不能离开国有经济谈坚持公有制。产权制度特别是西方产权制度似乎成为我国国有企业治理结构构建的理论基石,但是西方产权制度本身具有缺陷及其在我国国有企业基本不适用,已经使我们越来越清醒认识到,西方产权制度需要变革,马克思产权理论需要重新挖掘,代之以公有制为主的企业治理结构新思路。

In the process of transition from central planned economy to market economy in China, how to form a suitable governance structure has become a critical issue which is strategic and comprehensive. Ownership theories especially those western ones seem to be the foundations for instructions of how to construct a good governance structure. However, western ownership theories have their own disadvantages; they are not suitable for instructing Chinese state-owned companies.
