Countermeasures for Fujian Business Groups in the Changing Environment

伴随着社会经济的不断发展,环境变革对企业集团运作的影响和作用日趋显现。针对企业集团面临的资本问题、市场环境问题、管理体制问题、战略定位问题以及多元化经营问题进行探索,提出相应的对策,具有重要的现实意义。在国际竞争环境不断变化的背景下,福建省必须重视企业集团内部组织结构与外界控制机能的调整,转变企业集团的成长模式,为企业集团稳定发展创造良好的内部和外部环境。

With the constant development of souial economy, the changing environment has an ever-incrasing impact on the opera- tion of businers groups. This paper explores the problems of capital, market envioronment, menagement system, strategu position- ing and muoti-management that confront business groups, and puts forward relevant countermeasures. Under the ever-changing en- vironment of intemetional compelition, Fujian Province should lay stress on, adjusting the internal organization structure and exter- nal controlling system of business grougs, and changing their growing mode, so as to create a favourable erwironment for then.
