负荷传感型全液压转向系统的刚度分析

摘要 通过对转向系统的数学模型、转向油缸工作腔流动连续方程及转向油缸动力平衡方程进行拉氏变换,得到油缸活塞位移表达式。在此基础上,通过MATLAB软件绘制出了负载刚度频率特性伯德图,并对负载变化频率与系统刚度的关系进行了分析,得出影响系统刚度的主要参数,为负荷传感型全液压转向系统的设计与改进提供理论依据。 In this paper, by Laplace transforming the mathematical model of the steering system, the flow continuity equation of steering cylinder working chamber, and the dynamic equilibrium equations of steering cylinder, an expression of cylinder piston displacement was obtained . On this basis, through the MATLAB software to map out the bode diagram of frequency characteristics of load stiffness , the relationship between the load changes frequency and the system stiffness was analyzed, the main parameters affecting the system stiffness were obtained. It provides theoretical basis for design and improve of hydraulic steering system of load-sensing type.
