摘要 现阶段我国大多数中小型农机生产企业都采用人工装配线。对于联合收割机的轮胎装配而言,目前采用的方法是用人力将轮胎抬至车轴上,然后定位装配。工作劳动强度大,生产效率低,对于部分农业生产企业来说,建造一条全自动生产线投资过于巨大,短时间难以收回成本。LZJ-100型联合收割机轮胎装配生产线专用工装就是针对这些企业而设计的,其具有投资少、操作简单、应用广泛等优点,能减轻工人劳动强度,提高生产效率。 At this stage the majority of our small and medium agricultural producers adopt manual assembly line. For the combine tire assembly, the current approach is to use manual labor to carry the tire to the axle, and then locate assembly. Taking the corn combine harvester named Harmony by Juming Group for example, the front axle height is in 74-77 cm range, and the front-wheel radius is 61.25 cm. This will need to raise tires more than a dozen centimeters and the tire weight is more than 100 kg, so the work is of labor-intensive production and low efficiency. For these businesses, the investment of a fully automatic production line is too large, and it is difficult to recover costs in a sho~ time. The dedicated tooling of LZJ-lO0-type combine harvester tire assembly line is designed for those businesses, and has advantages of low investment, simple operation, wide range of applications and so on, can reduce labor intensity and improve production efficiency.
