改良FOLFOX6方案治疗老年晚期胃癌的临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Modified FOLFOX6 Regimen in the Treatment of Elderly Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的观察改良FOLFOX6方案治疗老年晚期胃癌的近期疗效和安全性。方法33例老年晚期胃癌均给予改良FOLFOX6方案化疗,治疗结束后评价疗效和毒副反应。结果CR 2例,PR 13例,有效率为45.5%。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制、消化道反应、周围神经毒性。结论改良FOLFOX6治疗老年晚期胃癌疗效较好,毒副反应轻,可广泛应用于临床。

Objective To observe the short-term effects and safety of modifed FOLFOX6 regimen in the treatment of elderly advanced gastric cancer.Methods Thirty-three elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated with modified FOLFOX6 regimen.Results 2 patients achieved CR,13 PR,and RR was 45.5%.The main toxicities were myelosuppression,peripheral neurotoxicity and gastrointestinal react.Conclusion Modified FOLFOX6 regimen is effective for elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer,and its toxicities is tolerated.It can be extensively used.
