摘要
目的总结我国中下段直肠癌双吻合器吻合术后并发症发生率。方法以＂吻合器、并发症＂为检索词,检索《中国医院数字图书馆全文数据库》2007年1月至2008年1月期间发表的中文临床报道,统一纳入和排除标准,进行荟萃分析。结果共入选26篇报道总计2 475例,其中吻合口瘘81例,占3.3%（95%CI 2.1-4.5）;吻合口狭窄96例,占3.9%（95%CI 3.3-7.1）;吻合口出血17例,占0.7%（95%CI 0-1.75）。结论双吻合器在中下段直肠癌治疗中的应用效果较好,特别是在预防吻合口瘘和吻合口狭窄的发生中具有重要作用。
Objective To summarize the incidence of complications after ananstomosis with double-stapler of middle and lower rectal cancer in China.Methods The clinical reports was retrieved from China hospital digital library full-text databases using anastomat and complications as from Jan. 2007 to Jan.2008; and with the same inclusion and exclusion criteria.These reports were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 2 475 patients who were singled out.Among them; anastomotic fistula happened in 81 cases; they took 3.3%（95%CI 2.1-4.5）; anastomotic stenosis in 96 cases; 3.9%（95%CI 3.3-7.1）; and anastomotic bleeding in 17 cases; 0.7%（95%CI 0-1.75）.Conclusion The application of double-stapler was efficient for middle and lower rectal cancer; especially played an important role in the prevention of anastomotic fistula and anastomotic stenosis.
