半导体仪器在化工企业维护中防静电危害及对策

摘要 半导体仪表被广泛运用于企业生产监控中,其作用是人无法取代的。绝大多数半导体仪表是静电敏感元器件构成,易受到静电的伤害。静电无处不在,危害程度极其重大,企业必须对静电防护措施给予充分的重视。介绍了在维护中采用防止静电产生、减少静电荷积累和释放静电荷控制原理,从静电泄漏、屏蔽和中和等方面消除静电的危害,对静电采取静电接地、穿戴防静电工作服、使用防静电台面、防静电包装袋等方法,确保了元器件的质量,提高了半导体仪器的使用寿命。 Semiconductor devices are widely used in production control, their role can not be replaced by people. The vast majority of semiconductor devices are static sensitive components composition, vulnerable to static electricity damage. There is Static electricity everywhere, their harmful levels are extremely important, companies must pay sufficiently attention to static protective measures. The paple describes the use of maintenance to prevent static electricity from reducing static accumulation and charge control theory of release of electrostatic, among the static leakage, shielding and neutralization to eliminate static electricity hazards, static electricity linking ground, wearing anti - static overalls, the use of anti - static tops, anti - static packaging bags and other methods to ensure the quality of the components and improve the service life of semiconductor devices.
