近端胃癌外科治疗应注意的几个问题

摘要 随着治疗水平的不断提高，胃癌外科规范化治疗的措施也日益完善。但仍有一些需要注意的问题值得探讨，诸如胃的切除范围、淋巴结清扫的程度、脾脏的处理、消化道重建的方式等，在胃癌的治疗过程中重视和处理好这些问题，有利于提高胃癌患者的生存率和生活质量。近年来胃癌的发病率虽然没有明显的增加，但近端胃癌（包括贲门癌）所占的比例有所提高，已接近50％。
