“围巾式”食管-空肠吻合术 被引量：3

摘要 全胃切除术后，食管．空肠吻合口的各种并发症发病率较高，严重影响患者术后的生活质量。其中，最为严重的并发症是食管．空肠吻合口瘘，其发病率为4％～20％，病死率高达100％。
