摘要
为更好地实现集装箱多式联运的综合效益,针对多式联运协调计划的复杂性,通过分析多式联运计划的层次,建立多式联运计划的分级优化概念模型;针对模型中核心内容的海上班轮运输计划和内陆集疏运计划,建立任务分配的优化模型;设计相应的遗传算法,对优化模型进行求解.仿真试验验证模型和算法的有效性.
To achieve the integrative benefits of multimodal container transportation, in view of the complexity of the muhimodal container transportation coordinate planning, graded structure of multimodal transportation planning is analyzed, and a conceptual model of graded optimization is built. According to the container liner shipping planning and inland transshipment planning which are central contents in the model, a task allocation optimized model is established. A corresponding genetic algorithm is designed, and the solution of the optimization model is obtained. Simulation test shows that the model and algorithm are efficient.
