新工艺下集装箱码头装卸资源分配模拟 被引量:5

Simulation on facilities allocation in container terminals under new technology

摘要 为提高集装箱码头的装卸效率,在研究港口设备资源分配的基础上,运用Witness仿真优化工具,建立面向作业面新工艺下的模拟模型,给出新工艺下岸桥、龙门吊和集卡设备资源的合理分配比例.上海"外高桥五期"等集装箱码头的应用表明,该方法与传统工艺相比可以节约设备,对集装箱港口实际运作具有指导意义. To improve the container handling efficiency in container terminals, the Witness simulation and optimization tool is used to built a simulation model under the new technology based on the study of port facility allocation, and the appropriate allocation proportion among quays, gantry cranes and trucks are given. The applications in Shanghai "Waigaoqiao Phase V Project" and other container terminals show that the method can reduce the use of facilities in quantity comparing with the traditional technology, and it has the guiding significance on the actual operation of container terminals.
