Research on the Developing of High-End Mold Profession in the Coastal District of China

我国模具行业竞争日益激烈,一般技术水平的模具生产已趋饱和,而市场对高端模具产品的需求则存在较大的空间。产业结构的优化升级,也为高端模具生产创造了难得的机遇。中国沿海地区的模具行业规模占据了全国的2/3,重要性可见一斑。但国际金融危机以来,我国模具行业遭受严重的打击。以沿海地区有代表性的模具企业为研究对象,通过图表分析其高端模具行业发展存在的问题以及影响其发展的因素,探索发展所具有的优势和劣势、存在的机会和威胁,并试图提出切实可行的发展对策和建议。

The competition of chinese Mold profession is becoming increasingly fierce. The production of mold by traditional technology end has been saturated, whilst there is a large demand for the high end mold products. Vast valuable opportunities are created during the process of Chinese industrial structure optimization and upgrading of high-end mold. The size of the mold industry in Chinese coastal areas, accounting for 2/3 of the whole market, is evidently important. However, this line has suffered a serious decline since the International financial and economic crisis occurred. This paper will take the representative mold enterprise in Chinese coastal areas as study target, illustrating the problems of mold development in high-end coastal areas, together with the affecting factors through chart analysis. Then the strengths and demerits will be explained while the opportunities and threats will be presented, consequently coupled with operative and achievable development measures and advises which were proposed in the last.
