某有色金属冶炼厂炼银车间电收尘系统设计实践

摘要 江西某有色金属冶炼厂炼银车间在生产过程中产生大量的粉尘,主要为ZnO粉尘。粉尘可以采用多种方法将其捕集,主要的除尘方法有电除尘、袋式除尘、湿法除尘和重力除尘等。不同的除尘方法及其选用的除尘器的处理能力将会直接影响系统的除尘效果。参照原收尘系统提出1套新的除尘方案,设计1套新的除尘器,除尘效率达到99.9%,达到实际应用要求。 The silver workshop of one of one non - ferrous metal refinery produces massive dust in its production process, which is mainly the ZnO dust. The dust may be trapped using many kinds of methods, including the electrical sedimentation precipitator (ESP), the bag type dust filter, the liquid spraying and the gravity removal, etc. Different dust removal metheds and its corresponding dust collector will greatly influence the efficiency of the dust removal. In this design, according to the original workshop couditions, a new dust collection system by a set of new ESP is put forwanl and designed. The ESP's efficiency of dust collection can achieve 99.9%, which meets the requirements of the dust pollution control.
