护理干预在预防糖尿病足发生中的应用研究

A study on correlation between nursing intervention measure and prevention of diabetic foot

目的:探讨护理干预与预防糖尿病足发生的关系,降低其发生率。方法:200例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,观察组采用护理干预措施,对照组给予传统的护理方法,比较二者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者的心理状态测量结果、糖尿病足知识方面就好于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,观察组患者糖尿病足的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预可以提高患者的糖尿病足预防知识和行为,降低糖尿病足的发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the correlation between nursing intervention measure and prevention of diabetes foot and reduce the incidence rate of diabetic foot. Methods ：200 cases patient with diabetes were divided randomly into the investigation group（ 100 cases） and the control group（ 100 cases）. The fornler took the nursing intervention measures, the latter took the general nursing measure, and then compared the nursing effect of them. Results ：There were significant differences in measurement of psychological state, knowledge towards diabetic foot prevention between the two groups after intervention,the nursing effects of investigation group were better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. The incidence rate of diabetic boot in the investigation group was significantly lower than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The nursing intervention measure can increase knowledge level and self - care ability regarding diabetic boot prevention, and reduce the incidence rate of diabetic foot, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
