应用钼靶乳腺机结合CR技术对早期乳腺癌检查的全面分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨应用钼靶乳腺机结合CR技术对早期乳腺癌检查的鉴别诊断意义。方法:选择2007年5月~2009年9月收治的女性乳腺肿块患者114例,并均行ALPHA—RT钼靶乳腺机常规取双乳轴位加侧斜位摄片,结合Kodak DirectViewCR950,分别对乳腺癌的直接征象和间接征象加以分析。结果:术前乳腺钼靶摄影诊断乳腺癌31例,手术病理证实乳腺癌27例和乳腺良性肿瘤4例;术前乳腺钼靶摄影诊断良性肿瘤18例,术后病理报告纤维腺瘤14例、硬化性乳腺病3例及乳腺癌1例;术前乳腺钼靶摄影诊断乳腺小叶增生65例,术后病理证实小叶增生64例、潴留囊肿1例。讨论:采用钼靶乳腺机结合CR技术能大大提高早期乳腺癌的检出率,提早发现潜在病变从而降低乳腺癌的死亡率,对改善乳腺癌患者的预后生存质量有更重要的意义。
