我国上市商业银行资本结构对盈利能力的影响研究

Study on Relationship between Listed Commercial Banks' Capital Structure and Profit Ability in China

为研究我国商业银行资本结构对盈利能力的影响,采用我国10家上市商业银行2004年至2008年的年报数据为样本,选取了影响盈利能力的5个指标,利用因子分析法对其进行综合得分评价,并与影响资本结构的主要指标进行回归分析,得出我国上市商业银行资本结构与盈利能力成正相关关系的结论,最后提出优化上市商业银行资本结构的建议。

By using the financial data of ten listed commercial banks in China during year 2004 to 2008 , this paper uses factor analysis method to get the comprehensive index of profit ability of listed banks, then tries to analyze the relationship between capital structure and banks profit ability. The main conclusion of the study is that Chinese banks＇ capital structure and profit ability have a positive relationship, and on the basis of the empirical research, the policy of optimizing the capital structure of these listed commercial banks is provided.
