Academic Research on Peculiar Life Cycle of the Family Enterprise

企业作为一个生物体,它们都会经历一个从出生、成长到老化、死亡的生命历程,而在每个历程中,它们的行为模式都会通过所要做出的某种努力,或以所要克服的转型时期的问题和困难而表现出来,如果它们自身不能解决这些问题,它们的生命周期就结束了。所以家族企业的存在与它自身的生命周期密切相关,不过家族企业的生命周期又不同于一般企业的生命周期,它有自己的特殊性。本文通过分析,将得出家族企业的生命周期是特有的管理生命周期。

As a piece of organism, the enterprise will experience a life course which includes borning, growing up, aging and ending. In each course, its behavioral mode will make certain effort, because it will face some questions and must overcome them in order to adapt to the transformation. If itself couldn＇t solve these problems, its life cycle may be finished. So the existence of the family enterprise has a tight connection with its own life cycle. But the life cycle of the family enterprise has its own particularity which is different from that of the general enterprise. This text will draw a conclusion that the life cycle of the family enterprise may be the peculiar life cycle of management.
