柴河水库防洪效益计算方法研究

Research on the Calculation Method of Chai River Reservoir Flood Control Benefit

本文采用历史资料对比法、洪灾损失频率曲线法、实际年系列法、发生年法四种方法对柴河水库的防洪效益进行计算,并运用模糊优选模式对其进行优化选择,通过实例计算,得到较为满意的结果。

Four methods were presented to calculate Chai River reservoir flood control benefit, which are historical data contrast, flood damage frequency curve method, actual annual series method and occurrence year method. And fuzzy optimization model was used to optimize their choices. By an example calculation, the result is satisfactory.
