摘要
在工程机械系列产品的生产过程中,充分应用价值工程理论,以价值分析的方法判断产品及现行工艺的功能、成本及其价值,在改进产品结构、降低材料消耗、优化工艺及路线、专用机床与工装应用等多方面进行了探索,有效降低了成本,取得了较好的经济效益。
In the manufacturing process of construction machinery products, the value engineering theory should be applied thoroughly, for it can offer analyzing methods to delermine the function, cost, and value of the present processes. Meanwhile, it further explores many aspects, such as the improvement of product structure, the reduction of material consumption, the optimization of processes and routes, and the application of special machines and equipments. Thus, the cost has been reduced effectively, and the better economic efficiency has been achieved.
