This article enumerated main difference between the project settlement verification and the engineering projects financial stat audit;and it introduced simply the project settlement verification＇s primary coverage, the method as well as several measures of improving the project settlement verification quality; in the selectively analysing current project settlement verification material object,all sorts of questions has existed.
