摘要
在后腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术与开放手术相比具有切口小,不切断肌肉,出血量少,手术时间短,并发症少及术后康复快等优点。我院于2008年1月-2009年2月间对22例输尿管结石患者实施了在后腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术,并进行整体护理观察,取得了较满意的疗效。
In the post- ureterolithotomy laparoscopic surgery and open surgery compared to a small incision without cutting muscle, less bleeding, shorter operative time, less complications and postoperative recovery faster and so on. Our hospital in January 2008 -2,009 2 pairs of 22 cases of the month for patients with ureteral calculi in the ureter after laparoscopic incision, and an overall nursing observation, made a more satisfactory results.
