高等教育是培养高素质的应用型人才,适应经济建设和社会发展的必由之路。随着全球经济一体化的进程,农业、汽车、电信、纺织、服装、建筑等行业的产品结构将出现重大调整与重组。在整个教育系统中,高等教育对经济的反应最敏感,而高等职业教育的反应更加剧烈、更加明显。这就需要高等职业教育的管理体制、办学体制、教育教学改革以及师资队伍建设等方面都必须有重大突破。其中教育教学改革的成功与否在乎于专业的设置和课程教改的具体操作。

The higher education is a way that must be taken to culture talented person and to adapt to the development of economics and society. Along with the global economic integration＇s advancement, profession such as agriculture, automobile, telecommunication, spinning and weaving, clothing will present significant adjustment and reorganization on product structure. In the entire educational system, the higher education is most sensitive to the economical response, and the higher vocational education＇s response is fiercer and more obvious. This needs the important breakthrough on management system, school system, educational reform as well as on teachers troop construction of vocational education.
