本文论述了项目开发是企业发展的前提和基础,总结了建设项目的开发程序,根据开滦建设项目管理现状,分析了企业建设项目管理存在的问题并提出有针对性改进措施,对指导企业建设项目的开发和管理有一定借鉴作用。

This paper discusses that the project development is the prerequisite and basis for enterprise development, summarizes the development procedures for construction projects,according to the management status quo of Kailuan construction project, analyses enterprise construction project management problems and proposes targeted measures for improvement of development and management of enterprise construction project.
