试论高校职业指导推动和开展

The Development of Career Guidance in Colleges

目前我国高校按照教育部的要求设立了就业指导中心,并开设了职业指导课程,对大学生就业技能的培训和就业信息的获取提供了许多帮助,然而现阶段我国高校的职业指导工作尚属起步与探索阶段,在工作理念、专业队伍建设和工作体系方面仍然存在诸多问题。笔者结合所在学校职业指导的实践经验,针对高校职业指导工作的开展和推动提出要不断提升职业指导工作的教育职能和工作理念,加强职业指导队伍的专业化培养,努力建立健全科学、完善的高校职业指导工作体系,充分发挥高校在大学生职业指导工作中的主阵地作用。

At present, our colleges set up Student Career Center and offer career guidance courses with the demand of the Ministry of Education, which offer great help to train the undergraduates＇ employability skill and gain the employment information. However, job guidance to undergraduate isstill at the early stage and has lots of problems left. In this article, the writer puts forward that the development of job guidance in colleges needs to improve educational function and work ethic. Moreover, we should strengthen professional training and perfect our system of career guidance work inorder to give full scope to the main function of colleges in career guidance.
