对实施"星级护士"动态管理办法前后两年的护理质量及病人、医生对护理人员的满意度进行了对比,发现实施"星级护士"动态管理办法能有效提高护理质量,提高病人及医生对护理人员的满意度。另外,实施该管理办法还能拓宽整体护理的内涵,充分调动护理人员的工作积极性和主动性。

The implementation of the ＂star nurse＂ dynamic management approach to quality of care before and after two years and patients ,doctors and nursing staff satisfaction were compared and found that implementation of the＂ star nurse＂ dynamic management approach can improve the quality＇of care, improve of nursing staff for patient and doctor satisfaction. In addition, the implementation of the management methods can broaden the meaning of holistic nursing care to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the work of nurses and initiative.
