我国职业资格制度的现状分析

自20世纪90年代初期到现在，我国取得各类职业资格的从业人员已近亿人。这样大规模的资格认证活动反映出我国市场经济发展条件下对职业规范化的要求日益增长。本文从职业资格的概念入手，对我国职业资格推行的现状进行深入研究，提出了我国职业资格制度建设的对策思考。
