摘要
后勤装备保障性评估是实现后勤装备综合保障能力的重要决策手段,采用支持向量机理论和方法建立了基于支持向量机的多参数后勤装备保障性评估模型,确定了后勤装备保障性评估指标体系和保障性分级决策模式,并对某新型后勤装备的保障性进行了评估。从评估结果可以得出,建立的基于支持向量机的后勤装备保障性评估模型是可行的,可对后勤装备保障工作提供有效的决策支持。
Logistics equipment supportability assessment is very important decision making means for integrated logistics support. In this paper, a newmulti-parameter logistics equipment supportability assessment mode is proposed based on support vector machines, and also a new logistics supportability assessment parameter index system and supportability grade decision making mode are proposed. And then, a new logistics equipment supportability is assessed by the assessment mode. The results show that the logistics equipment supportability assessment mode is feasible and can provide valid decision making support for logistics integrated logistics support.
