摘要
随着航空航天技术的不断发展,铝合金、钛合金薄壁焊接结构件越来越广泛地应用于航空航天产品的重要部位,但是焊接变形控制仍是其焊接制造的关键难题。文中介绍了几种比较可行的焊接变形控制方法及其原理,并介绍了其主要适用的材料及结构。采用合适的焊接变形控制技术成功地解决了航空航天领域几种典型铝合金、钛合金薄壁焊接结构的变形控制问题。
With the continuous development of the aerospace technologies,aluminum alloy and titanium alloy thin-walled welding structures are widely applied in the important parts of weapon equipment.Welding deformation is the key problem during welding process.Several feasible welding deformation control methods were introduced including their theories and their main applicable materials and structures.The deformation problems of several typical aluminum alloy and titanium alloy thin-walled welding structures of the aerospace field were successfully solved by applying suitable welding deformation control techniques.
