如何提高胰头癌根治的彻底性和安全性 被引量：8

摘要 根据新版的TNM分期，对工、Ⅱ期胰头癌行根治性胰十二指肠切除（pancreaticoduodenectomy，PD）是提高其治疗效果的最可靠方法，即要完全切除肿瘤、胰腺头部（包括胰腺钩突）、颈部、相关脏器（肝门以下胆管、十二指肠及部分空肠、部分胃）及区域内结缔组织和淋巴结（肠系膜上动脉右侧的淋巴结、神经、结缔组织等，包括腹膜后组织在内），避免任何肉眼可见的肿瘤组织残留。在能够达到切缘阴性切除目的时，可以联合切除受侵的肠系膜上静脉、
