摘要眼眶爆裂性骨折是眶部挫伤所致的眶壁骨折,是由直径大于眶口的物体钝性打击眼部,使眶内压突然升高,引起眶壁薄弱处爆裂所致。眼眶爆裂性骨折常伴有软组织如眼外肌、脂肪、韧带和筋膜等结构嵌顿,
