NSE在鉴别原位溶血和髓外溶血中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)在鉴别原位和髓外溶血中的意义。方法10例原位溶血、13例髓外溶血和9例非溶血过敏性紫癜患者,ELISA法检测血清NSE值并进行比较。结果NSE值髓外溶血组明显高于原位溶血组和非溶血组(P<0.05),原位溶血组略高于非溶血组(P>0.05)。结论NSE可作为临床原位与髓外溶血的鉴别指标。 Objective To explore the feasibility of differentiating in-situ hemolysis and intravascular hemolysis by detecting serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE).Methods The serum NSE levels were examined by ELISA in 10 cases with in-situ hemolysis,13 cases with intravascular hemolysis and 9 cases with non-hemolytic allergic purpura.Results The serum NSE of intravascular hemolysis patients was significantly higher than that of in-situ hemolysis or that of allergic purpura patients(P0.05).There was no significant difference in serum NSE between the patients of in-situ hemolysis and those of allergic purpura(P0.05).Conclusion The serum NSE level can be taken as an useful clinical parameter in differentiating in-situ hemolysis and intravascular hemolysis.
