激光碳膜术治疗面部痤疮的临床疗效观察 被引量:5

Observation on Clinic Therapentic Effect of Carbon Assisted Q-switched Nd:YAG Laser in Treating Facial Acne

摘要 目的观察低能量Nd:YAG激光的两种不同参数设置及碳霜辅助治疗技术(激光碳膜术)治疗面部痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法入选面部痤疮患者65例,术前清洁皮肤,涂抹复方利多卡因乳膏30min后洗去,涂抹碳霜10min,采用Spectra模式(波长1064nm,长脉宽300μs,能量密度2.03J/cm2)照射第1遍;随后Q开关模式(波长1064nm,短脉宽5ns,能量密度2.59J/cm2)下照射3遍,频率均为10Hz,7mm平行手柄,每2~3周治疗1次,连续治疗3~5次。结果65例经3次治疗后的有效率为73.8%,其中49例经5次治疗后的有效率为91.8%,停止治疗2个月后随访39例的有效率为94.9%。接受治疗的患者自我评价的满意度3次治疗后为73.8%,5次治疗后为89.9%,停止治疗2个月后为92.3%。不良反应少。结论激光碳膜术对面部痤疮提供一种安全有效的新疗法。 Objective To observe the clinic therapentic effect and safety of carbon assisted low-tluence Nd : YAG laser with two different sets of parameters in treating facial ache. Methods 65 cases of selected who had cleaned face preoperatively were smeared local anesthetics for 30 minutes and earbon cream for 10 minutes tater. Nd: YAG laser was used first with Spectra mode (wavelength 1 064nm, long pulse width 300μs, energy density 2.03J/cm2 ) followed by Q-switched mode ( wavelength of 1 064nm, short pulse width 5 ns, energy density 2.59J/cm2 , frequency of 10Hz and 7mm handpiecefor both). All patient was one times in 2 - 3 weeks and 3 - 5 times totally. Results ( 1 ) The total effective rate in 65 cases after 3 treatments was 73.8%. In 49 cases after 5 treatments was 91.8%. Follow-up by 2 months in 39 cases, total effective rate was 94.9%. Patients' satisfaction with self-evaluated, the satisfaction rate was 73.8% and 89.9% after 3 and 5 times treatment, respectly. Follow-up by 2 months the satisfaction rate was 92.3%. (2) No adverse reactions. Conclusion Carbon assisted Q-switched Nd:YAG laser teeatment with 2 different sets of parameters in treating facial ache is effective and safe.
