A Case of Neonatal Early Congenital Syphilis and Gonorrhoeae Infection

患儿女,出生2天后出现鼻塞,口吐沫,10天后全身出现散在皮疹。体检:全身皮肤散在红色圆形斑疹、中间可见少许脓疮,眼睑有大量黄色分泌物,梅毒血清学试验TPHA,RPR阳性。诊断为早期梅毒、新生儿淋球菌相关性结膜炎。

By physical examination, much red circle rash was found in the middle a little abscess can be seen, and a large number of yellow secretions were found in the eyelid. Syphilis serol- ogy test TPHA, RPR-Postive. We diagnosed the illness as early syphilis, the relevance of neonatal gonococcal conjunctivitis.
