摘要
目的分析川崎病误诊的原因及预防措施。方法回顾性总结2例误诊病例的特点、误诊过程等情况。结果川崎病误诊因素:①对川崎病的认知缺乏及对疾病诊断缺乏统观全病程的意识;②对与川崎病相鉴别的疾病了解不足,片面做出疾病诊断;③询问病史及查体不够细致。结论提高对川崎病的认识,采取相应预防措施可减少该病误诊率的发生。
Objective To analyze the causes of the misdiagnosis in Kawasaki disease and preventive measures. Methods The characteristics and the process of two misdiagnosed cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results The main misdiagnosed factors of Kawasaki disease were summarized as follows： ①Inadequet understanding on the features and especially the progress of Kawasaki disease; ②No thorough understanding on those diseases need to be differentiated from Kawasaki disease and the diagnoses were achieved only by a few clinical manifestations or several results of the lab tests ; ③No detailed disease history and physical ex- aminations were taken. Conclusion Understanding awareness of Kawasaki disease,taking correspondent preventive measures can reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
