摘要
介绍了基于ARM的短波综合检测平台中常用电气参数测量模块的设计与实现。给出了部分硬件原理图。模块用FS9721作为测量芯片,用ARM芯片作为主控芯片对FS9721芯片进行控制,读取数据。给出了ARM控制FS9721工作的软件程序框图和读取数据程序中的ARM寄存器初始化。实验表明文中的模块设计方法正确可行且适用性好,可以满足短波综合检测平台的要求。
This article presents a design and implementation of the electric-parameter measure module based on ARM for multifunctional detection instrument. The blockdiagram of hardware is given. The module, by using FS9721 as the measure unit and ARM as the control unit, controls the FS9721 chip and reads the data. The program flow chart of the control from ARM to FS9721 and the initialization of the register in ARM are given. The experiments indicate that the design of the measure module is feasible and applicable for the module Multifunctional Detection Instrument.
