科技成果查新中的情报研究初探

ELEMENTARY STUDY ON INFORMATION RESEARCH FOR VERIFICATION OF SCIENTECH ACHIEVEMENTS

科技成果查新工作已成为科技成果鉴定程序中的一个必要环节。但是当前查新工作普遍存在质量不高的问题。为了进一步提高成果查新工作水平,使之在科技成果鉴定中真正起到举足轻重的作用。本文探讨了查新工作中的情报研究方法。指出了解成果和成果比较是查新中情报研究的基本内容,详细论述了解成果和成果比较的过程以及应该特别注意的问题。

Verification of scientech achievements has become an essontial link in the procedure of identification of scientech achievements. However, the ve- rification quality is generally lower at present. In order to improve the qu- ality, the methodology of information research in achievements verification was studied. The author pointed out that investigation and comparison of achievments was the main contents of information research for verification. procedure details were also discussed in this paper.
